Our founder, Jose Francisco Velasquez, has been working in the roofing industry for almost two decades for roofing companies and contractors in the DMV area. We are a family-owned business and in 2016 we decided to open, register and insure JV CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, and started providing our services to some of the established home improvement businesses and roofing companies in the area as subcontractors.
